Why iReach Communities?
iReach has built iReach Communities as a new and unique research platform for marketers and marketing specialists to communicate with their customers and prospects in ways that are familiar and natural to consumers. Rewards are calculated automatically to maximise participation and reduce administration overheads. The website can be branded uniquely to each Member Community.
The hosted platform uses a mix of Quantitative and Qualitative research methods for structured and unstructured conversations between brand and product owners, internal stakeholders and consumers. iReach Communities also provides full community and panel management tools to recruit, engage and reward members and research participants. iReach Communities can be built for (or to include) Voice of Consumer (VoC), Employee Knowledge Portals as well as Stakeholder groups.
